A public hash chain
Every settlement in the Shard pool is a link in a public hash chain. Each one's hash covers the one before it, so changing any past settlement would break every link after it. Your browser can recompute any block from its settlements.

Nothing that names anyone
No device, account, handle or prompt is published here. Jobs inside a private circle show only that they happened. You can look up your own receipt with the ticket id from your chat.

Credits are not money
Credits count compute given and used inside the pool. They are not money. In this beta the hub keeps the ledger and signs its tip, and your browser checks that signature.
